 BASE RATE:

 

We work on a base rate system up to 20 miles which includes 15 minutes no charge waiting time, 100lbs weight and a flat rate fuel surcharge of just $10.00*

​

The base rate all in is $75.00 plus any detention over 15 minutes and .4 per pound over 100 lbs.

​

If your delivery is small and only going a couple/three miles outside of the 20-mile zone, then we won't charge you the extra mileage!

​

For each additional mile add $1.60 per mile. $1.70 over 300 miles plus the current fuel surcharge**

​

Dead head miles if required are on a case-by-case basis depending on the load and final destination.

SURCHARGES:

Between 19:00 and 07:00 there is a $30.00 after hours surcharge.

 

In addition, on weekends and holidays*** there is a $20.00 surcharge.   

​

A toll road / bridge surcharge may apply - especially on long distance going east anywhere past MM16 in Indiana.

​

A local toll road surcharge may apply within the "Chicagoland " area of $3.00 per MAWB/HAWB.

​

Inside delivery/pick up is $25.00 on anything over 100lbs that cannot be delivered or picked up at a loading dock.

 

Residential pick-ups/deliveries are $25.00.

 

Schools/Colleges/Universities, Construction Sites, Hotel/Motel are $30.00.

 

Waiting time for cargo vans is $44.00 per hour. Trucks $55.00

 

Certain International Airlines or their agents at AMF ORD and Expo's including but not limited to RES Rosemont and McCormick Place Chicago, may have higher rate quotes due to the " bureaucracy " and potential long wait times. Contact your OES representative for availability and a quote.

TRUCKS:

​

We have dedicated trucks that occasionally are available for "On Demand" local loads. Minimum rate is $200.00 which includes three standard size pallets or pieces: crates, loose items, etc. Contact your OES representative for availability and quote.

The FS is reviewed and adjusted every Monday at 06:00 CST.  Unfortunately, "Chicagoland" has the second highest fuel costs in the nation.

​

*** Christmas Eve after 14:00, all day Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day all loads are rated at double the final charge.

 

The minimum rate for the above holidays is $130.00 - subject to driver availability.
